Delivery & Collection

CLICK & COLLECT – order via the website and select Shop Collection instead of delivery to collect and pay for your items at our shop 50 Crellin St. There is no charge for this service. Current collection times are during opening times 10-4pm Friday & Saturday. In stock items (not personalised) will be ready the following day we’re open. Items can be ready sooner, feel free to call first and we will make sure your order is ready 01229 314004.

If your item is to be personalised, this requires up front payment so please pay at time of ordering to avoid any delays to your order. We will contact you for payment before personalising your items if no payment has been received.

STANDARD POSTAGE – £4.95 your item will be dispatch within 5-7 working days, usually sooner, feel free to call us on 01229 314004 and we will do our best to dispatch sooner. Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Royal Mail who will aim to deliver in 3 days*. Large items a courier may be used.
